A set of internal recycle gradientless reactor system with on-line chromatograph has beendesigned and assembled. This paper describes the study of optimal discrimination among rivalmodels for the dehydration reaction of ethanol on γ-alumina catalyst. For this purpose the se-quential procedure has been applied. Finally, an acceptable model has been selected.
