研究了以三氯化磷与无水乙醇为原料，以Ｎ，Ｎ二甲基苯胺为脱盐酸剂，合成亚磷酸三乙酯影响因素，确定了适宜的工艺条件。

The effect factors on synthesis of triethyl phosphite from phosphorus trichloride and an-hydrous alcohol use dimethylaminobenzen as dehydrochlorination agent are studied.The suitable pro-cess conditions have been established.
