摘要
为了缩短生产时间,减少能耗,改进了煤焦油脱水工艺。在按原步骤脱水前先加热,使煤焦油粘度下降,破坏悬浮液的稳定性,再静置,分去水层。最适宜的条件为加热温度60~80℃,静置时间不少于1h。
In order to reduce manufacturing period and energy consumption,tar oil dewatering technology is improved.Heating prior to dewatering according to original procedures lowers viscosity of tar oil and breaks down stability of suspension liquid,then put to a standstill and separates out water course. Optimum conditions include heating temperature 60'-80'C and standstill time no less than 1 h.
