摘要
合成了TADNm,研究了TADNm与Ni(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在pH6.60的缓冲溶液中,0.020%SLS存在下,Ni(Ⅱ)与TADNm形成1:1的红色络合物,λmax为510nm,ε为5.0×104L·mol-1·cm-1,稳定常数为3.8×1012。方法用于合金中微量镍的测定,结果满意。
The synthesis of 4-(2-thiazolazo)-1,3-naphthal-enediol(TADNm) and the spectrophotometrlc charac-teristics of Ni(11)-TADNm complex are reported In this paper. In a pH 6.60 buffer solution containing 0.020% SLS nickel(Ⅱ) forms a red comPlex with TADNm,the molar absorptivity being 5.0×104L. mol-1· cm-1 at 510nm.In the nickel(Ⅱ) concentra tion range from 0.012 to 2.93μg/mL Beer's law is obeyed.Theproposed method can be usedforthe determination of mlcroamounts of nickel in alloy samples.
