摘要
以2-氨基噻唑和2-氨基苯并噻唑为原料,经溴化和重氮化,与连苯三酚偶联合成了4-(5-溴-2-噻唑偶氮)连本三酚和4-(6-溴-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)连苯三酚,通过了元素分析和波谱鉴定。研究了两种试剂的一般性质及其与高价金属离子的显色反应,发现在阳离子表面活性剂存在下它们与Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)、Ti(Ⅵ)等显色反应有较高的灵敏度。
Bromo-thiazolylazo) pyrogallol (5- BrTAPG) and 4-(6-Bromo-2-benzotbiazolylazo) pyrogallol (6-Br-BTAPG), two kinds of organic reagents,have been synthesized by coupled reaction of brominated and diazotized 2-aminothiazole and 2-aminobenzothiazole with pyrogallol. Analysis and characterization of synthesized products using elementalanalysis,MS,NMR) IR and vis spectra etc, have beencarried out. Sensitive chromogenic reaction of thetwo reagents with Mo(Ⅵ), W(Ⅵ), Ti(Ⅳ),etc. inthe presence of cationic surfactants was investigated.
