Synthesis of 2-butoxy-5- (1, 1, 3, 3-tetramethyl-butyl)-benzenethinol

以４－（１，１，３，３－四甲基丁基）－苯酚２为原料，通过３步合成了２－丁氧基－５－（１，１，３，３－四甲基丁基）－苯硫酚１。４－（１，１，３，３－四甲丁基）－苯酚２是由苯酚与二聚异丁烯（Ｄｉｉｓｏｂｕｔｙｌｅｎｅ）在硫酸存在下反应制得。３个化合物的结构以１ＨＮＭＲ予以表征。

In this paper,2-butoxy-5-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)-benzene-thiol 1 was synthesized throughthree steps with 4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenol 2 as the starting material.4-(1,1,3-tetramethylbutyl)-phenol 2 was prepared by reaction of phenol with diisobutylene in the presenceof sulfuric acid.Three of chemical structures werecharacterized by 1HNMR.
