摘要
本文研究了草酸钙在25℃下,10%明胶水溶液所形成的凝胶中在扩散情况下形成环状周期沉淀的规律,实验测定了成环速率常数的环状空间分布的间隔系数。并研究了Ca^2+和C2O^2-4离子浓度、明胶浓度和PH等以上述规律的影响,探索了环状周期沉淀生成的条件,这些结果对探讨人和动物体内尿结石鲕状结构的形成有一定意义。
Abstract Periodic precipitation patterns of calcium oxalate in two-dimensional gel media have been investigated. The time law and the spacing law are verified. The dependences Of the velocity constant and spacing coefficient(P=X_(n+1)/X_n) on the concentration of inner and outer electrolytes, gel medium,and its pH have been studied in detail.The experimental conditions for the formation of Liesegang rings are also discuSsed. An attempt has been made to explain the crystalliztion of urinary stone of calcium oxalate.
