摘要
同在吸附银镜上相似[1],CV在银胶上匀相吸附,表面形态对化学吸附的多相性无必然影响。氯离子的存在有助于银表面上产生SERS活位,使CV的SERS强度增强~102倍。活位上分子的喇曼散射截面较普通吸附位置上的分子增加了105倍。吸附动力学计算结果表明所有SERS活位是等价的。
Abstract The adsorption of Crystal Violet(CV) in Silver sol is homogeneous, which is indentical with on silver mirrors[1]. The absorption heterogeneity is not decided by the surface state completely. Chloride ions are helpful to produce SERS active sites on silver surface, and the SERS intensity Of CV enhances 10 ̄2 times. The Raman section of CV molecule on the active site increases 10 ̄5 times than on other absorption sites. The calculating results of adsorption kinetics shows all the active site is equal.
