摘要
本文报道一种新的、柔顺的十齿三核配体N,N,N′,N′,N″,N″一六[2′一苯并咪唑甲基]三乙基四胺(TTHB)及其几种含铜配合物的合成、组成和性质.推测配合物有一对抗铁磁性偶合的Cu(Ⅱ)离子和一个处于畸变四方锥配位几何环境中未偶合的Cu(Ⅱ)离子,这类配合物可作多铜酶三核簇的模型化合物.
This paper reports the synthesis and characteristics of a new, flexible tendentate trinuclear ligand viz, N, N, N', N', N', N'-hexa (2'-benzimidazol-yl methyl) triethylene tetraamine (TTHB) and its copper (Ⅱ) coordination compounds. The ligand TTHB is synthesized by condensation of tri-chloro ethylene amine hydrochloride (TCA) and N, N-di (2'-benzimidazol-yl methyl) imide (IDB) in a 1 : 3 molar ratio in an alkaline intermediate. The trinuclear coordination compounds are prepared by reaction of the ligand with an appropriate copper salt, respectively. Studying on the constituents and the spectral properties pf the complexes, it suggests that the paramagnetic type Ⅱcopper (Ⅱ) center may be in a distored square pyramidal geometry and there are another pair magnetically coupled type Ⅲ copper (Ⅱ) ions by a bridging peroxide ion or a nitrate ion in the studied complexes, which are ESR nondetectable. The trinuclear complexes may be studied as possible models for the active site of multicopper enzymes.
