在pH4.0时,铜与标题试判形成1:1的配合物.作工曲线回归方程为Y=3.05×10(-3)+0.231X,相关系数r=0.9991,其最大吸收波长在412um处,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.03×105L·mol(-1)·cm(-1).用含量在0~2.0μg/25ml范围内符合朗伯比耳定律.
