摘要
本文论述在合成改性油水溶性树脂的过程中，加入一种含特定金属离子的改性剂Ａ，制成涂料涂刷后，通过金属离子与羧酸根离子的配位络合作用，使涂膜的耐水性得到了明显的提高，同时，解决了水溶性涂料的贮存失干问题．
A modifier-A 99ntaining a special metallic ion was added in the paint when the modified-oil type water-dissolved resin was prepared. The complex formation between metallic ion and carboxyl can increase the water resistance and losing dry resistance in the storage of water-dissolved paint.
