锂基润滑脂的研制与应用

Preparation and Application of Lithium Grease

锂基润滑脂又称长寿命润滑脂．它是由中等粘度润滑油作基础油和氢氧化锂及稠化剂调合而成．根据不同的应用要求再加入适宜的添加剂．制备方法：将硬脂酸、１２－羟基硬脂酸、氢氧化锂、水及润滑油投入反应釜中，经皂化（１４０℃，２小时）、脱水、稀释皂基、加添加剂、冷却、研磨（１１５℃）至成品包装．本文还对基础油、脂肪酸对成品性能的影响和成品的应用进行了探讨．

The lithium grease was formulated by moderate viscosity basic oil,lithium hydroxid,thichening agent and other additives as requirment4 The processes for grease is that,saponification of stearic acid and 12-hydroxystearic acid with lithium hydroxide and water in reactor at 140 ℃ for 2h,dehgdration and grinding(115℃),The effection of the basic oil and fat acids on the pre erty and the application of grease were discussed in this paper.
