本文采用转移矩阵的方法,研究了δ型掺杂超晶格中的极化激元模。结果得到其色散曲线分为两支,两支之间存在一带隙,带隙宽度随k_x增加而增加,计入推迟效应后,我们得出了在k_xω极限情形下的色散关系。
