摘要
对于铜合金在铜氨液里进行氧化(发黑)处理所使用的工具材料,一般认为“氧化时使用的工具可府铝、钢、黄铜等材料制成,决不可使用紫铜材料,以防溶液恶化”。本文从生产实践和电化学理论这两个方面对这一结论作了验证,结果认为工具使用紫铜较好,不易锈蚀,耐弯曲,强度适中,加工中容易,对溶液无明显副作用,长期使用表面清洁;不锈钢是理想的工具材料;钢、黄钢经涂塑或厚镍后,也可应用;铝则不推荐使用。
For the oxidation (blackening) treatment of Cu alloys in copper ammonium complex solution, it is usually considered that 'Al, steel and brass can be used to make tools to be used in oxidat- ion, and red copper can never be used, so as to prevent the bath from deteriorating' The above consideration is checked through productive practices and electrochemical theory study and it is presented by the authors that, in material selection for tool making, (1) red copper is better because it isn't liable to be corroded, bending proof, moderate in strength and easy to be worked, with a clean surface after a long-term use and without obvious by-effects: (2) stainless steel is desirable: (3) steel and brass could be used if coated with plastics or thick Ni: and (4) Al isn't recommended.
