中小型企业羊毛衫染色废水处理方法研究

摘要 羊毛衫染色废水因羊毛衫品种多变而难以处理,传统多级串联处理方法耗资大、操作难,不宜中小型企业采用。根据应用碱式氯化铝、硫酸亚铁及自制TH-Ⅲ型凝聚剂处理该类废水的研究,证明应用自制TH-Ⅲ型凝聚剂可以经一级物化处理使废水色度降为零、COD值降至国家排放标准的一级标准。 It was difficult to treat the woolen sweater's dye wastewater because of its multi-style. The traditional multistage series' high-cost and difficulty for operating made it not appropriate for being used by middle and small factories. Based on the study of treating this kind of dye wastewater by basic aluminum oxide, ferrous sulfate and self-made TH-II polycoagulant, it could be determined that after primary physico-chemical sewage treatment, this self-made TH-II polycoagulant could decolour the wastewater to zero degree and remove the COD to the primary standard of national effluent standard.
