本文从工业布局与环境保护着眼，以南通市为依托；分析了工业布局不合理造成环境污染的原因，阐述了工业布局与环境保护的关系，提出了合理布局控制环境污染的对策，从而为工业发展创造良好的投资环境．
It's analyzed the environmental pollution caused by industrial arrengement irrationally in the paper and described the relationship between industrial arrengement and environmental protection.The countermeasure has been arised so that can make a better investment environment for industrial development.
