固相萃取法提取净化生物检材中三类农药的实验研究

SOLID PHASE EXTRACTION FOR RAPID ISOLATION AND CLEAN-UP OF PESTICIDES OR INSECTICIDES FROM BIOLOGICAL MATRICES

本文以常见的六种有机磷类、四种氨基甲酸酯类和五种拟除虫菊酯类农药为对象,研究了用国产GDX-403或C_(18)固相小柱同时提取净化环境样品和生物检材中三种类型的农药,分别采用 GC/FPD,GC/NPD和GC/ECD三种特征性气相色谱法进行分析鉴定,为系统分析有机农药提供了一套快速、简便的固相提取方法.

A simple and rapid solid phase extraction (SPE) method for the isolation of six organophos-phate pesticides, four carbamate pesticides and five synthetic pyrethroid insecticide from biological matrices is described. The pesticides or insecticides-containing samples, after diluted with 6 -10ml of 0.1mol · 1-1 phosphate buffer (pH 6. 0) ,were directly added into a GDX-403 column or C18 column and eluted with 3ml of chloroform. The detection of the pesticides was made by capillary gas chromatograph (GC ) with three different detectors, respectively: flame photometric detector (FPD), nitrogen phosphorous detector (NPD) and electron capture detector (ECD). The present method with use of solid phase, extraction is very useful in forensic and environmental chemistry and clinical toxicology.
