摘要
用聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑膜覆盖白菜地,收获期土壤和白菜植株中DEHP的残留量分别为2.73mg·kg^(-1)和3.05mg·kg^(-1).借鉴国外的评价指标,对人体食用白菜后的潜在危害进行了分析认为,人每天摄入干白菜中DEHP的量<0.05mg·kg^(-1),远低于人每天可接受DEHP的安全摄入量1mg·kg^(-1).
DEHP residue in the soil and Chinese cabbage in the field covered with PVC film during harvest period had been found at concentrations of 2. 73 mg · kg-1 and 3. 05 mg · kg-1,respectively. The potential toxicity of the DEHP to people's health also was evaluated. The results showed that DEHP in Chinese cabbage taken by people every day is no more than 0. 05mg · kg-1 and much less than the safe dose 1mg · kg-1 per day.
