味精废水中重金属及金属污染对处理利用的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文应用等离子光谱(ICP)测试三个厂家味精生产废水中21种金属元素的水平.其中金属元素的总水平分别达19192mg·1^(-1),3190mg·1^(-1)和3161mg·1^(-1).对照国内外有关的四项水质标准.三厂家味精生产废水中存在着Fe.Zn等多种重金属或其他金属元素严重超标现象.味精生产废水对草鱼存在急性毒性,24.48.72和96h的半致死味精废水浓度LC_(?)分别为6.9%,3.2%,2.5%,和1.4%.味精废水中金属元素水平抑制了光合细菌球形红假单胞菌的菌体增殖. 21 kinds of metal element in the monosodium glutamate (MSG) wastewater discharged from NJ, ZJ and YZ three manufacturers were determined by use of TCP. The total concentration of 21 metal elments for each wastewater was 19192, 3190 and 3161mg · 1-1 individually. The concentration of heavy metals or other metals in the wastewater are higher than that in the 4 kind of water qulity standard which were made by P. R. China and WHO. MSG wastewater has an acute toxicity to fish (Ctenopharyn-godon idellus) the 24h-LC50, 48h-LC50, 72h-LC50 and 96h-LC50 to the fish was 6-9%, 3. 2% , 2- 5% and 1. 4% MSG wastewater respectively. The metals in these wastewaters could inhibit the growth ratio of Rhodopseudomanas sphaeroides. Three manufacturers MSG wastewater can't be permitted to discharge into the mankind drinking water system, irrigation system and fishery water system.
