摘要
本文用自制新型的火焰光度检测器.选用合适的内标物四丁基锡(或甲基1605)进行马拉硫磷可湿性粉剂的气相色谱分析.七次测定平均值为49.2%,相对标准偏差为1.9%.与国外研究和工厂的化验结果相符合.
A gas chromatography with a new type of flame photometric detector is applied, for the first time, for the quantitative analysis of Malathion products using tetra-butyltin as internal standard. The average contents of Malathion products is 49. 2%with relative standard deviation of 1. 9% for seven measurements, which is in a good agreement with that obtained from abroad authorized laboratories.
