采用V型极板收集高比电阻粉尘的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 改变电除尘器的收生极板形状,采用顶角45°-90°的V型收尘极板横向放置。结果表明,可有效地将荷电粉尘粒子和空间自由离子分开,减小粉尘层电流密度,可收集比电阻力1011—1013Ω·cm的高比电阻粉尘,通过模拟实验研究,给出了清洁极板,附不同比电阻。以及V型极板的顶角在45°-90°间发生变化时极板的电流密度分布。 he use of 45 to 90 degree angled V--shaped collecting electrodes in a transverse arrangement tochange the configuration of collecting electrodesin an electrostatic precipitator was found to effectively separate free ions in space from chargeddust particles and to reduce the current density ondust layes So that the high specific resistivitydusts with a resistivity of 1011to 1013 Ω. cmcould be collected. By carrying out simulated experimental study, the distribution of current density on electrodes was given for clean electrodescovered with dielectric materials of different resistivities, which were V--shaped at an angle changing between 45 and 90 degree.
