摘要 本文综合了乙撑硫脲的环境毒理研究进展,内容包括乙撑硫脲残留分析方法;乙撑硫脲在施用代森类杀菌剂作物上的残留规律;代森类杀菌剂向乙撑硫脲的转化规律及其影响因素;乙撑硫脲的降解与代谢。乙撑硫脲的残留分析多采用衍生物气相色谱测定方法。乙撑硫脲具有"三致"作用。乙撑硫脲在施用代森类杀菌剂的作物及农产品中残留量低。代森类杀菌剂在贮藏及农产品烹饪过程中可转化为乙撑硫脲。乙撑硫脲在环境中以光解为主,光敏物质可促进光解作用进行。 This paper presents a review of recent development in the study on environmental toxicology of ethylenethiourea(ETU). It covers the analytical methods for the residue of ETU; the rules of ETU risidue in crops which were treated with ethylenebisdithiocarbomate (EBDC) fugicide; the rules of conversion from EBDC fungicide to ETU and influential factors to the conversion; and the degradation and metablism of ETU. Gas chromatographical method was mostly used in the analysis of ETU residue, in which ETU was conversed to its derivation firstly. ETU has a potential of carcinogen, teratogeny and mutation to mammals. It was reported that the residue of ETU was lower on the crops and farm products which were treated with the EBDC fungicide. During the srorage and cooking process, the EBDC could be conversed to ETU. The degradation of ETU in the environment was mainly caused by photolysis which could be increased by the presence of sensitizers.
