METHOD FOR STUDYING BIOREMEDIATION OF CONTAMINATED SOIL

摘要 本文介绍了研究污染土壤生物治理的一般程序,阐明了影响生物治理效果的因素等,指出运用分子生物学、分子遗传学和基因工程等新理论和新方法于污染治理,是今后环保工作的一项新途径。 The procedure for studying bioremediation of contaminated soil, as well as the factors affecting the effect of bioremediation, are introduced in this paper, and it is pointed out that it will be preferable to apply new theories and new methods of molecular biology, molecular genetics and gene engineering in bioremediation in the future.
