摘要
以NaO·3.2SiO_2、H_2SO_4和Al_2(SO_4)_3为原料,制备出高稳定活性硅酸絮凝剂SPSA,研究了它在污泥脱水应用中的絮凝特性。实验结果表明,向生化处理产生的剩余活性污泥中投加相对于污泥量2.0%的SPSA,在5×10 ̄4Pa真空度下过滤脱水,污泥含水率由99.4%下降为70.0%,污泥体积降为原体积的1/50,燃烧热值增大50倍,污泥比阻下降,并且所得滤液澄清,透光率高。
Stabilized Polysilicic Acid(SPSA)has been prepared by using NaO·3.2SiO_2,H_2SO_4 andAl_2(SO_4)_3.The flocculation property of SPSA in sludge dewatering was studied.The experimentalresults showed that after filtered at the vacuum of 5(10 ̄4 Pa,the water ratio of sludge was decreasedfrom 99.4%to 70.0%,the sludge volume reduced to 1/50,its calorific value increased by 50 times,its specific resistance reduced obviously and the filter liquor was clarified when 2.0%SPSA with respect to the weight of dried sludge was added to the sludge taken from the sewage treatment work.
