Using Attapulgite Clay to Treat Dye and Print Wastewater

凹凸棒石粘土是一种新型净水材料,具有很强的吸附性和脱色能力,价格低廉,具有较大的应用前景.实验室和中试结果都表明用粉状凹凸棒石粘土处理印染废水,投量0.05～0.1%,CODcr去除率>70%,色度去除率达90%,处理原印染废水可达标排放.串联在生化系统之后,可达到回用要求.

Attapulgite clay is a new type purifing material of water. It has great adsor-ptive and decolouring capacity, low cost, good prospcts for use. The results from laboratories and pilot studies indicate that the removal ratio of CODcr and colour is more than 70% and 90% respectively with 0.05%-0.10% powder attapulgite clay to treat dye and print wastewater. With attapulgite clay to treat the dye and print wastewater, the effluent may be reached drain water standard. When attapulgite clay treatment process has been put behind biochemical disposal, the effluent may be reached reuse standard.
