微山湖水体污染对人群健康影响的研究

Study of the Effect of Water Pollution on Popula tion Health in Weishan Lake

采用回顾对比的方法对污染区和对照区居民进行健康状况调查，结果显示：污染区居民平均期望寿命较对照区低２．１２岁；标化死亡率（５４９．０１／１０万）高于对照区（４５８．０５／１０万）；恶性肿瘤死因顺位中，污染区为第一位，对照区为第三位；中小学生生长发育污染区低于对照区；生活饮用水Ａｍｅｓ试验污染区为阳性，色－质联分析检出了具有致突变作用的污染物。研究结果初步揭示了微山湖渔民长期生活在被污染的环境中所发生的污染－健康效应。

This paper applied a follow-comparative method to investigating to the population health in the pollution areas and the control areas.The results showed that the expectation of life of population in the pollution areas was 2.12 year lower than the control areas. The standardixed mortality rate(SMR)of population in the pollution areas(SMR=549.01/1 00000)was higher than the control areas(SMR=45805/1 00000).In the rank order of causes of death,the malignant tumour in,the pollution areas was third.the growth of middle and the prinary school students in the pollution areas were lower than the control areas.The growth of middle and prinary school students in the pollution areas are lower than the control areas.The Ames test and the mutagenicity fomes with GC/MC analysis of the drinking water in the pollution areas were positive. It is suggested that the pollution health effect of population long-term life in pollution environment of WeiShan Lake.
