摘要
采用单一动物复合免疫检测法对氯仿的免疫毒性进行研究,结果表明:氯仿一次腹腔注射,对免疫系统具有选择性毒作用。500mg/kg氯仿可使外周血T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率明显降低(49.6±2.25%);抗体形成细胞数量减少(85111.03)。但此剂量对机体迟发型变态反应(DHR)无明显影响。
This paper examined the immunity toxicity of chloroform via using the assay method of multi-immunity functions of the single animal.The results showed that the different dosage of chloroform which was injected into abdominal cavity at one time has the fixed selectivity to the toxicity action of immunity systems.500 mg chloroform each one kg make the positive rate of T-lymphocyte ANAE of peripheric blood obviously reduce(49.6± 1.25%).500 mg chloroform each one kg also has the obvious restrain action on the plague forming cell(8511 1.03).Above dosage dose not have obvious effect to DHR.
