在生产聚氨酯类海洋防腐涂料时，常用聚酸多元醇作主要原料．本文讨论在测定聚醚多元醇的羟值时，称样量对测定结果的影响，如何通过控制称样量而快速准确地得到测定数据．分析指出，控制称样量，使样品与空白的滴定差值在４～１１ｃｍ２变化时，可得到准确的测定结果，测定误差小于１×１０－２。

The polyether polyol is one of the main components of the marine anticorrosive coastings.This paper discusses the influence of sample weight on the results of determination of the hydroxyl contentin the sampled of polyether polyols and how to get more accurate data quickly by controlling the weight of the sample.The analyses indicate that by controlling the weight of the sample and making the titration difference between the sample solutions and the blanks vary from four to eleven millilitres, accurate results can be obtained and the errors are less than one percent.
