摘要
直接自控制是异步电机交流传动系统中一种新型控制方法,它具有与传统磁场矢量控制同样优异的动态性能,而所需的控制电路却简单得多.本文对其控制原理进行了分析,给出磁通和力矩计算公式。一个由晶体管逆变器供电的4kW异步电机传动系统的实际试验证实了这一理论的实用性,试验结果及示波照片也在文中给出.
Direct self control is a new control method for asynchronous motor AC drive system. It has equally good dynamic performance as conventional field-vector control, while the required control circuits in this case are much less complicated. The paper presents theoretic analysis of the control principle and calculating equations for flux and torque. Experiments with a 4kW asynchronous motor drive system supplied by a transistor inverter have verified the applicability of the principle. Test results and osciloscope pictures are also attached in the paper.
