低品位金氰络合离子溶液电解及参数选择的研究

摘要 通过选择具有代表性的堆浸贵液对低品位金氰络合离子进行电解提金试验研究,推导出槽电压与溶液金品位的关系式和电解电流与溶液金品位的关系式,从理论上研究证明在工艺上和经济上的可行性.同时通过试验证明所推导的公式具有一定的准确性。研究结果表明低品位金氰络合离子进行电解提金,可降至金品位0.07mg/L水平。堆浸贵液可直接进行电解提金. Through experimental Study on gold extraction by electrolytic method from pregnant solution of heap-leaching which representS low grade complex ion solution of auric cyanide, the relation between voltuge of electrolytic hath and gold grade of solution and the relation between electrolytic current and gold grade of solution are deduced. This electrolytic process is demonstrated to be feasible and practicable theoretically under the current conditions of technology and economics. Experiments have proved the correctness of these relations deduced. ResultS of study show that extracting gold from as low as 0. 07mg/L grade of complex ion solution of auric cyanide by electrolytic process can be carried out, so the pregnant solution of heap-leaching can be electrolyzed directly.
