摘要
在进行边磨边浸氰化提金工艺的研究过程中发现,往塔式磨浸机里加水的方式对磨矿细度、磨耗、金的边磨边浸率及氰的消耗有重大影响。这是由于塔式磨浸机的工作原理不同于常规卧式球磨机所致。当磨浸机的尺寸、螺旋转速、装球充填率、给矿粒度及日处理量一定后,加水方式就成为影响塔式磨浸机性能的最重要因素。
In the course of gold recovery by cyanide leaching while pulverizing,the way of water supplying in the tower pulverizing-leaching mill can greatly affect the product size,pulverizing medium consumption,ratio of gold leaching while pulverizing and cyanide consumption, because the working prinCiple of the tower pulverizing-leaching mill is different from that of a conventional tumbling ball mill.When the parameters,such as the size of the tower pulverizing-leaching mill, rotational speed of spiral pulverizing medium charge,feed size,productive capacity and so on are given, the way of water supplying is the most important factor to the performance of tower pulverizing-leaching mill.
