摘要
通过关节镜技术采取膝关节滑膜38例,将组织标本进行冷冻切片4~6μm厚,放-20℃贮存备用。应用免疫组化法测定滑膜中CnZn-SOD的沉积,其中类风湿关节炎(RA)16例;反应性关节炎(ReA)10例,骨性关节炎(OA)7例,非滑膜炎(Non-S)5例。结果表明:16例RA患者(均为活动性RA)滑腹中,11例几乎无CuZn-SOD沉积,其余5例散在沉积,10例ReA患者滑膜中偶见(+/-),散在(+),局灶(++)性CnZn-SOD沉积分别有3例,4例,3例;而12例OA与Non-S患者滑膜(非滑膜炎病变)中,10例均为局灶性或弥漫性CnZn-SOD沉积。此外,我们还发现这样的现象:在滑膜中,越是炎性细胞浸润和积聚的部位,CnZn-SOD沉积就越少,尤其在RA滑膜的淋巴滤泡中,几乎没有CuZn-SOD的沉积,此处氧自由基非常活跃,其对滑膜的损伤不断造成软骨和骨的破坏,这或许是RA关节腔破坏机制的一个侧面。
8 cases of synovia were adopted with arthroscopy technique
and the tis-sue samples were cryo-sectioned with 4~6 μm thickness,in-20℃ store for
use.We used immuno-histochemical method to measure the deposition of synovia in 16cases
of RA(active RA).10 cases of reactive arthritis(ReA),7 cases of osteo-arthritis(OA),5 cases of
Non-synovitis(Non-S).The results showed that in the synovia of 16 RA patients,almost no
CuZn-SOD deposition in 11 cases,sparse deposition in other 5 cases,in the synoviaof 10 ReA
pstients accidetal deposition in 3 cases,sparse deposition in 4cases, local deposition in 3
cases nevertheless,in the synovia of 12 OA andNon-S patients(no obvious synovia
damage),local and homogenous CuZu-SODdeposites in 10 cases.Otherwise,we found such
phenomenon;less CuZn-SODdeposition in the place of synovia where inflammatory cells
infiltrate andaccumulate, especially in lympha follicle of RA synovia CuZn-SOD hatdly
de-posied,where oxy-zadicals are very active,this damages the synovia, furthe-more destroys
cartilage and bone.It may be one of the RA pathogenesis of thejoint cavity.
