摘要
本文采用结扎家兔左室支不同部位的方法，对梗塞范围与频谱分析、峰—峰电压值（Ｖｐ－ｐ）的关系进行了观察，结果表明：（１）心肌梗塞后＞１００Ｈｚ成分减少，频带分布能量比值（Ｗ）与梗塞范围呈负相关。（２）结扎左室支后Ｃｐ－ｐ值降低，与梗塞范围呈负相关。（３）Ｗ值和Ｖｐ－Ｐ值之间无直线相关关系。ＦｉｒｓｌＡｆｆｉｌｉａｔｅｄＨｏｓｐｉｔａｌｏｆＨｅｎａｎＭｅｄｉｃａｌＵｎｉｖｅｒｓｉｔｙ．
