摘要 在认真分析PCR技术原理的基础上提出了使用Wamp=Cu·Mamp·[Ntarg·(1+P) ̄(nl)+0.5×Cenz·U·P(n—n_1)·Ceactiv—Ntarg]来估算PCR扩增产物数量的动力学方程,并用Vrate=dWamp/dn来表示扩增反应产物积累速率的数学模型。实现了对PCR反应的定量计算,并可进行给定条件下产物数量,模板数量等参数的预测,有效地指导了PCR试验。 n the basis of application of PCR technique theory , we suggested use Wamp = Cu·Mamp(Ntarg· (l +p) ̄(nl)+0.5·Cenz·U·p(n n_1)·Ceactiv-Ntarg)to evaluate the kinetic equation ofPCR amplification product quantity and to use Vrate=d Wamp/dn to represent the mathematicalmodel of the accumulation rate of production, We realized the quantitative calculation of PCR re-action and could perform the prediction of some parameters , such as product quantity and tem-plate quantity in given condition. This model can efficiently instruct the PCR experiment.
