大鼠体表胃电图与胃肌电活动的相关性及其临床意义的探讨

Study on the Correlation between Electrogastrogram and Gastromyoelectrical Activity and its Clinical Significance in Rats

为阐明体表胃电图（ｅｌｅｃｔｒｏｇａｓｔｒｏｇｒａｍ－ＥＧＧ）与胃平滑肌电活动（ｇａｓｔｒｏｍｙｏｅｌｅｃｔｒｉｃａｃｔｉｖｉ－ｔｙ－ＧＥＡ）的相关性并探讨ＥＧＧ的诊断学意义，用乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠，在胃的不同功能状态下同步记录了ＥＧＧ和ＧＥＡ。结果表明：ＥＧＧ和ＧＥＡ有高度相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；静脉注射去甲肾上腺素使ＥＧＧ和ＧＥＡ的振幅同步下降，频率不变；由注射盐酸引致的胃窦部溃疡对ＥＧＧ和ＧＥＡ的频率与振幅无明显影响。结果提示，ＥＧＧ只反映胃平滑肌的电活动而不能反映胃粘膜的病理变化。

n order to clarify the correlation between electrogastrogram(EGG)and gastromyoelectricalactivity(GEA) and to study clinical significance of EGG ,the experiment was carried out in therats anaesthetized with urethane. EGG and GEA were recorded simultaneously at the variousfunctional states of the stomach. The results obtained were as follows :There was high correlationbetween EGG and GEA(P<0.01).After intravenous injection of noradrenaline,the amplitudesof both EGG and GEA were decreased significantly,while the frequencies were not changed;Theantrum ulcer induced by injection HCl to submucous layer did not affect the amplitudes and fre-quencies of both EGG and GEA. The results indicate that EGG reflects only electrical activity ofthe gastric smoothmuscle,and can not reflect pathological change of the gastric mucosa.
