糖皮质激素对兔中性粒细胞CD_(18)表达的影响及其机理探讨

摘要 兔中性粒细胞(PMN)表面有CD_(18)的基础表达,地塞米松(DEX)可使其表达减少,并具有剂量依赖性;用糖皮质激素受体(GR)阻断剂RU38486和DEX同时处理PMN,随着DEX/RU38486浓度比的下降,CD_(18)表达逐渐增加;单纯用RU38486处理PMN,对CD_(18)的表达无明显作用。本研究结果提示DEX通过GR的介导,抑制了兔PMNCD_(18)的表达。 here is a basic CD_(18) expression on rabbit PMN,which is reduced by dexamethasone(DEX)andis dose dependent.PMN being treated with glucocorticoid receptor(GR) antago-nist RU38486 and DEX simultaneously,CD_(18) expression increases gradually as the result ofreducing of DEX to RU38486 concentration ratio. Treatment with RU38486 has no effect onCD_(18) expression, The results suggest that DEX inhibits CD_(18) expression on rabbit PMN,which is mediated by GR.
