The single chip microcomputer Fuzzy control system of domestic electric cooker based on fuzzy set theory is reported in this paper. The procedure is to derive the control experience of the human operator to fuzzy control rules, then obtaining control output through fuzzy reasoning and decision. It has been demonstrated by practice that the cooking quality of Fuzzy control electric cooker is better than that of conventional electric cooker and the electric energy is saved.
