摘要
分析了PID控制应用现状和开发工程化的PID自整定软件包的必要性,论述了所研制的AtLoopPID自整定软件包的设计思想和技术关键,并对该软件包的通用性设计和工程化做了介绍,最后列举了在大庆石化总厂5万吨丙烯腈等装置上的应用成果。
This article analyzes the present PID control application situation, and the necessity of developing the engineering software for self-tuning of PID parameters. Describes the design conception and technical key points of AtLoop self-tuning package and introduces the universality and engineering design. The application resultson the 50KT/H acrylonitrile unit and other units in Daqing petrochemical complex are given.
