利用巧妙的单片机数字线性化技术，采用AD650（V／F）转换电路，高精度仪用放大器，单片机微处理器8032及2764EPR0M存储器，研制出测量温度范围宽、精度高、智能化程度高、调试方便的数字显示新一代仪表──S系列温度仪表。

This Paper describes the design of a new digital thermel which consists of voltage-frequency converter, high accuracy amplifier, single chip microprocessor and 2764 EPROM. Digital linearization technique is employed to improve the accuracy of the meter. The designed meter has adventages of wider measuring range, higer accuracy and being intelligent.
