气浮法处理重金属废水用高效起泡剂的研制和应用

Development and Application of High Efficiency Foaming Agent to Treat Heavy Metal Wastewater by Air Floatation

为解决常压气浮法处理重金属废水所用起泡剂和捕收剂问题,经大量筛选工作,选出两种气浮性能良好,价格便宜,容易制购到的起泡剂TC和FO,捕收剂COL。TC和FO适用于多种金属离子的起泡气浮,可以单独或混合使用。已在几个重金属废水气浮处理设计中采用。

In order to get suitable foaming and collecting agents used in treating heavy metal waste- water by floatation at constant pressure, through a great deal of tests, two foaming agents TC & FO and a collecting agent COL are selected. TC and FO have good floating properties with lower cost. They could be applied to air floating process for traeating wastewater containing one or more heavy metal ions, such as Zn, Ni, Cu, Pb and Ag, and have been adopted in the design of treatment of heavy metal wastewater by air floatation.
