摘要 研究了用连续2kwCO2激光器对在1Cr18Ni9Ti上热喷涂Al2O3-13%TiO2陶瓷层的激光重熔过程。重熔后,热喷涂陶瓷层变得致密,且孔隙率减小;陶瓷层几乎不熔于金属;底层合金完全熔入基体金属中;各元素分布沿截面连续变化,陶瓷层中相分布是不均匀的,其中Al2TiO2在晶界处析出。 Thermal sprayed A12O3-13%TiO2 coatings on a stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti were remelted by a CW, 2kW, CO2 laser in this study. After remelting, the thermal sprayed ceramic coatings was densified and the porosity was sealed 3 the ceramics are hardly solvable in metal, and bond layer metal is solvable in substrate completely; all elements distributions of the cross-section are varying continuously and the phase distribution in ceramic coatings is heterogeneous. Al2TiO5 is segregated at grain boundaries.
