摘要
介绍了粉末冶金复压工艺制各碳化硅颗粒(SiCP)增强Al-Si合金与沉淀强{也Al-Cu合金的叠层复合材料。研究了复合材料的力学性能与耐磨性,并与ZL109合金进行对比。结果表明,在600℃烧结的复合材料,抗弯强度、硬度及耐磨性随SiCP增加而增加,含20%SiCP复合材料的磨损体积相当小。复合材料的抗磨损能力与增强相数量及界面结合强度有关。
Using powder metallurgy repress fabricating method, Al-Si alloy and Al-Cu alloy laminated composites strengthend by particle and precipitation have been introduced in this paper. Mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composites have been studied and compared with ZL109 alloy. The results show the bending strength, hardness and wear resistance of composites are higher with the increase in amount of SiC particles. When the amount of SiC particles is 20%, the complex property of the composites is the best. The wear resistance of the composites depends on the amount of strengthening phase and interface condition.
