摘要
介绍了一种能导致汽轮机轴系扭振失稳的因素。在一次电厂试验中发现,调节汽阀的快速操作会激起进汽管中的压力脉动;对配有高速调节系统的汽轮机,如果蒸汽管道压力脉动的固有频率与轴系扭振固有频率相近,则会发生轴系不稳定扭振,并可能造成轴系破坏。
A new fact is introduced which may lead to unstable shaft torsional oscillation of steam turbine. In a power Plant experiment,it was found that the operation of governing system would cause the pressure oscillation in turbine living steam inlet pipeline.For steam turbine with fasf response governor, if the natural frequency of pressure oscillation is equal or close to the shaft torsional frequency, the unstable torsional oscillation would occure, and may lead to the damage of shaft system.
