摘要
本文着重研究了立方氮化硼砂轮和刚玉砂轮磨削20Cr2Ni4、20CrMnMo、20CrNi2Mo、17CrNiMo6及15CrNi3Mo五种齿轮材料的磨削性能。利用立方氮化硼砂轮磨削齿轮,能够得到更优越的表面质量。
For studing the grinding specificityof cubic boron nitride (CBN) wheel and aluminum oxide (GB) wheel, five types of casehandening gear material. including20CrMnMo, 20Cr2Ni4, 20CrNi2Mo, 15CrNi3Mo and 17CrNiMo6 are tested.It is shownthat the grindinfi specificity of CBN wheelis quite superior to that of alllminum oxide wheel.Calculation and Design of Uneven Film Chuck forGrinding Gear Holes Chen Chuxuen, et al.
