摘要
用数字仿真法研究谐波传动的共轭齿面,寻找一种工艺可行的啮合性能最佳的齿形,解决现行平面渐开线齿形在伺服系统中存在的保精度寿命低的问题。
This paper describes that spatial conjugate tooth profile in harmonic drive is studied by means of digital simulation,amd a kind of tooth profile is found which not only can be manufactured, but also can work in best way. As results keeping precision of planar involute tooth profile and in srevo system may be improved. extending its precision life.
