摘要
为找出弧齿锥齿轮疲劳断齿的失效原因,本文从设计和制造工艺两方面作了全面的分析研究。尤其是又通过对失效齿轮的断口、金相分析、硬度、硬化层深度及冲击韧性的测定,指出对于采用20Cr2Ni4A材料制造的高速重载齿轮,其机械加工中的缺陷及热处理过程中的低温回火脆性是影响齿轮性能的主要原因。并通过对20Cr2Ni4A低温回火脆性机理的研究。
In order to find out the failure sources of teeth breakage on sprial bevel gears, competed analyses and researches dealing with design with design manufacture technology have been taken in this paper. in this paper. From the analyses on breaking sections, metallographic examination and the measurement on hardness. hardendepth & impact toughness, the results shows that the imperfection of mechanical process, the low temperature embrittlement of 20Cr2Ni4A steel which is used widely for heavy duty gears is the most important factor affecting the qualitites of gears during the heat treatment. By the deliberate investigation on low temperature embrittlement of 20Cr2Ni4A, it presents the reasonable low temper temperature range for manufacture.
