摘要
通过含铌与不含铌基体钢气体软氮化工艺对比实验,初步探索了合金元素铌对基体钢软氮化渗层组织与性能的影响。实验结果表明,铌能增加扩散层深度、硬度及耐磨性,提高渗层的强韧性。
This paper has investigated the influence of alloying element Nb on structure and properties of the soft nitriding layer by means of experiments of the matrix steels containing Nb and Nbfree.The results of experiments showed that the Nb can raise the depth of diffusion zone,hardness,wear resistance,strength and toughness of the nitriding layer of the matrix steel.
