摘要 综述了国际上近年来新发展的晶内析出铁素体型高强度高韧性非调质钢的组织特征、晶内铁素体的析出机理、力学性能及其应用。通过晶内铁素铁的析出,细化了晶粒,提高了钢的强度与韧性,这对非调质钢的发展具有重要的实际及理论意义。 In this paper, the novel microalloyed steel with high strength and toughness through intragranular ferrite (IGF) was reviewed; its microstructure, properties, applications and transformation mechanism of IGF, were dealt with. Because of grain size fined through IGF, higher strength and toughness were obtained. Therefore, it is of great importance to the development of microalloyed steel theoretically and practically.
