合金化镀锌钢板在车辆上的应用研究

Research on Application of Alloying-Pot-Galvanized Sheet for Making Rolling Stock

通过对合金化热镀锌钢板的研究，论述了该钢板具有良好的耐大气腐蚀性能、焊接性能、漆膜附着性能以及加工成型性能。在车辆上采用该钢板，可以满足强度要求，免除抛九处理，简化预处理工艺，提高钢板使用寿命，具有较好的经济效益。

This article has introduced the results about a alloying-pot-galvanized sheet studied. Theresults show that some important qualities of the sheet are satisfactory to rolling stock,such as corrosion resistance in the air,welding property,adhesiveness for paints,workability and formability. Utilizing the sheet for making rolling stock,its strength can meet the requirements,in the meantime,it can cancel the peening process,simplify the pretreatment technology for the sheet and raise the life expectancy of the sheet.This article has indicated that the sheet studied is suitable and economical for the rolling stock.
