摘要
为了在H13钢表面形成抗氧化的耐磨表面层,采用C、TiM重离子注入技术进行了表面优化研究。结果表明,C、Ti双重离子注入能使表面耐磨性提高3~4倍。
In order to obtain a good oxidation and wear resistance layer on H13 steel, the dual ion (C,Ti,Ti,Ti) implantation technique was dpplied. Results showed that the wear resistance of H13 steel surface could increase three to four times by using this technique
